What is administrative litigation?
Administrative law is a branch of public law that regulates social relations in the sphere of public administration and other state authorities, including conflicts between individuals and administrative authorities. Unfortunately, society often faces situations where the rights of individuals, foreign citizens, stateless persons, or legal entities are violated by public authorities.
In such circumstances, the assistance of a lawyer competent in managing conflicts with public authorities, who can ensure compliance with and protection of the rights guaranteed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, becomes crucial and is often sought.
