What is Family Law?
Family law is a branch of law that deals with regulating relationships between family members and legal issues that affect the family as a whole. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, family-related court proceedings, paternity determination, parental rights, and other legal aspects relating to relationships between family members. The purpose of family law is to protect the interests and rights of family members and to provide legal solutions when conflicts or problems arise within the family.
