From 2010 to 2023, she was a lawyer at the Veaceslav Țurcan & Co. law firm. Since 2023, she has been working at the Natalia Țurcan Law Office. At the same time, Natalia Țurcan collaborates with non-governmental organizations in the field of human rights and is a member of the International Council of the public association “Human Rights Embassy” / Посольство Прав Человека.
